Geronimo’s Cycle & Sport Ltd. Return & Exchange Policy

Geronimo’s Cycle & Sport Ltd has a unique Return & Exchange policy due to the nature of the products sold by our company, the specialized services that these products require, and that we provide, in order to keep them functioning properly. Geronimo’s return policy is designed to protect all stakeholders of the company and treat each group as fairly as possible.

Geronimo’s Return Policy is only valid on the tangible products sold directly from the company, including bicycles, bicycle parts and accessories. Services, repairs and any advice/recommendations provided by Geronimo’s management and staff are intangible products, and thus, cannot be returned or exchanged in any way or under any circumstance.

Items purchased from Geronimo’s Cycle & Sport can be returned and/or exchanged, but must be done so within five business days. Also, the item(s) must be returned in exactly the same condition as when it was purchased, that is, inside of the packaging it with, or tag still attached. For all items, including but not limited to: adult bicycles, kid bicycles, stationary bikes, forks, wheels of any size, bike racks, frames, home-trainers, rollers, clothing, computers, pumps, cassettes, cranks, water bottles, bottle cages, etc - will be charged a restocking fee of 10% of the item’s original price. Even if the item was discounted or on sale, it will still be charged based on the original price of the item at Geronimo’s retail location at the time of purchase.

Any bicycle, part or accessory that Geronimo’s must special order for a customer cannot be refunded or exchanged as such items are not stocked by Geronimo’s because we usually are not able to sell such items in the first place; hence, why we do not stock those items. Furthermore, if an item a customer wants to return or exchange is determined by management to be in any way unsellable (whether it be damaged, defaced, or completely destroyed), then said item will not be refunded or exchanged. Only Geronimo’s management has the authority to determine whether or not an item being returned or exchanged is in a re-sellable condition, not employees.
